                 Exercise: regular exercises plays an important role to build a healthy body. Physical exercises suit to body plays vital role in improving fitness and health. Start with light and simple exercise and with the time and stamina of body increase the intensity and duration.

 

Goal setting:     

            Next step is to set an achievable goal. Establishing a specific goal and doing efforts seriously and religiously to achieve it depending on your health and stamina. Engaging 20-30 minutes light and vigorous physical exercise daily. Focus to reduce a specific amount of weight within fix span of time. 

 

Stress management:

                Adopt the habit of doing yoga, deep breathing meditation and leading a spiritual life. These are the best remedies to reduce stress in life. Doing meditation regularly makes the body light and bring peace to mind thus makes the body fit and healthy.

 

Regular sleep:

                  This is one of the most important factor to have fit and healthy body. Medically proved that 7-8 hours sound sleep is very important and it will repair and recharge the body.

 

                  In nut shell fitness, bodybuilding, exercise, weight loss and health achieving an ongoing process which require patience, dedication and commitment.   Remember to be patient; persistent and over time there will be positive change in one’s health and well-being thus one can enjoy to a very healthy and happy life.
