BRAHMASTHAN

BRAHMASTHAN:

The most important corner of plot in Vastu is the Brahmasthan. Whenever the boundary wall of the plot is constructed, an energy point takes place in the center of the plot. This point then spreads its branches as and when the building is constructed.

According to Vastu / Feng Shui this corner should be kept vacant as the energy is disbursed from this corner to the building.  One should determine the directions of the plot from this corner, which is the most important of Vastu / Feng Shui. The energy is disturbed when this corner is burdened or constructed. This corner is as sacred as the Ishan corner. It should be clutter free and open. Generally people keep Tulsi plant here, which is energy wise the best for the building.

Small houses or flats which have shortage of place, this corner should be used as living room or with light furniture such as dining table etc.

Plot can be divided into four corners and four directions from Brahmasthan.

This corner should be kept as clean as possible, open and free from any weight.

One should not construct kitchen here.

There should be no stairs in this corner.

A big no no to wash room.

No store should be constructed on Brahmasthan.

There should be any pillar, boring or well.

This corner should be free from any beam of the building.

One must avoid sleeping in Brahmasthan.

Last but not least Brahmasthan is most sensitive Marmasthan, like in human body there are Marmasthan. For this reason it should not be abused. Fro prosperity, progress, health and wealth keep this corner open, clutter free, light and without any construction.
