SOUTH CORNER OR DIRECTION

In Vastushastra the lord of South direction is Lord of Death or Yama in Hindi. Planet Mars rules this direction. To some this is unfavorable direction. In Feng Shui South direction is not so. This direction brings fame and fortune, happiness, light, joy and hope. So this direction is good like other directions but one should be cautious and very much alert while utilizing this corner of any structure. In Feng Shui it’s Kua No is 2. The color of this direction is Red.

Property facing south as main entrance brings sharp energy, which disturbs the other positive energy of the plot or structure.

1.    Missing corner in south direction.

2.    Round corner

1.  South corner should not have open space.

Problems:

1.    Underground water or septic tank in this direction will lead to incurable diseases and major mishap.

2.    Water in this corner will give loss of wealth and tension in family members.

4.    Any extension, cut or round in south corner will be harmful to the inmates.

5.    Fame and reputation of family members will be at stake if any defect in this corner.
