Every body is conscious about their health. People spend lot of time and money to maintain it and adopt different methods like diet control, exercise, doctor’s consultation, try to have proper sleep etc. but even there is restlessness or tiredness all the time.

There are sixteen directions in vastu and each direction has its own attribute. So for finding health direction we should check the North-North-East. The other direction along with NNE is North-East. This direction gives peace of mind.

When there is no defect in this corner then one will get the best result from it. What care we should take:

First of all big no to the toilet in this corner. Either it should be removed or should be treated with blue tape of 3”.

There must not be kitchen and its burner here. If by chance it comes then it should be treated with green color tile under the burner.

Light a blue color bulb here for minimum 4 to 5 hours daily.

Always avoid red color in this corner.     

This corner must be lower then south and west.

It should not have any cut or round in this corner.

Along with this keep NE corner clean and clutter free. NE corner is very sensitive and must be properly cared.
